Since 2009, we have been assisting property owners and investors with reliable and professional Power of Attorney services in Dubai. Our focus is to make legal and property procedures simple, secure, and stress-free for clients who are unable to be present in the UAE.
Over the years, we have successfully completed more than 1,000 property-related transactions, including Property Handovers, acting as POA for property sales, gifting procedures and legal notices. Our extensive experience navigating the processes of the Dubai Land Department, Developers, and Trustee Offices allows us to manage transactions efficiently while ensuring every step is handled correctly.
