Since 2009, we have successfully completed over 500 property handovers with many of Dubai’s leading developers. If you are unable to attend the handover in person, we can represent you through a Power of Attorney (POA) and manage the entire process on your behalf.
Our service includes home orientation, snagging and inspection of the property, professional photos and videos, signing all handover documentation with the developer, arranging utility connections, and collecting keys and access cards. We ensure your property is handed over smoothly and that any issues are identified before acceptance.
Following handover, we can also assist through our trusted partners with the sale, rental and management of your property.
Property Gifting Service
Property owners can legally transfer ownership of their Dubai property to immediate family members such as a spouse, parent or child.
Our Property Gifting Service assists with the entire process - from document preparation, legal attestations and valuations to coordinating with the Developer, Dubai Land Department and trustee offices—ensuring the transfer is completed smoothly and in full compliance with local regulations.

Power of Attorney for Property Sales
If you are unable to be present in Dubai for the sale or purchase of your property, we can act on your behalf through a Power of Attorney (POA).
Our service includes preparing the POA document, arranging the required attestation, and representing you at the Developers Office, Bank and Trustee Office to sign the sale documents on the day of transfer.

Legal Notice to Vacate Service
We assist Landlords in serving the legally required 12-month eviction notice to tenants through the Dubai Notary Public for cases of property sale or personal use.
Our service handles the entire process, including preparation of the notice, arranging the online notary appointment, and courier delivery of the notarised notice to the tenant.
For non-resident Landlords, we can act on your behalf through a UAE-based Power of Attorney representative, ensuring the notice is issued correctly and in full compliance with Dubai tenancy regulations.
